This permanent exhibit at the Florida Museum of Natural History, University of Florida, uses the museum's internationally acclaimed fossil collection to guide visitors through the last 65 million years of life on earth. The exhibit opened May 22, 2004.  www.flmnh.ufl.edu/



     National Geographic "On Assignment"

Wes and the Karst crew shot the footage for the National Geographic's On Assignment titled "Endangered Mermaids. "

Shot on location at Weeki Wachee Spring, the episode, which features Boyd Matson and mermaids past and present, aired in March of 2004.

Steve Leonard's Incredible Journey

Wes and crew shot 9 days for the acclaimed nature program which follows amazing migrations in the animal kingdom.Shooting three days of aerials from a helicopter utilizing a Tyler Nose Mount and the SONY F900/3 HD camera, Wes captured the bird's eye view of migrating down the Florida peninsula.

Working closely with a naturalist, Wes and crew then moved to the Osprey nesting habitat to shoot for an additional 6 days.

FOX / MIDORI ENTERTAINMENT
Animal Atlas

Karst Productions shot animal behavior in HD underwater as well as on dry land for this series which is produced by Midori Entertainment and airs on Fox.

Locations included Marine Land, St. Augustine Alligator Farm, Homosassa Springs, Big Cat Rescue, and the Lowry Park Zoo.

Wes Skiles enabled the production to optimize access, as animal care personnel either knew Wes or were familiar with Karst's reputation for filming wildlife.
